- University degree in Maritime Supply Chain Management or in Culinary Management.
- Prior experience in a similar position or experience in Food & Beverage on-board cruise or offshore vessels.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Procurement/Accounting systems.
- The highest personal integrity standards, a positive outlook and be self-motivated to develop & succeed.
- Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills with excellent command of the English language.
Desired attributes
- Good understanding of various cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, Greek and French will be considered an advantage.
- Languages ( in addition to the essential requirements) such as Chinese will be considered a major advantage
