Crystal Waters has been operating in Lefkada since 2018, employing more than 90 associates during the tourist season.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient, and courteous service.
• Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions.
• Answer to guests’ requests and questions by phone or at the desk in a timely and polite manner.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities and services of the hotel and the island.
• Provide information about the availability and rates in collaboration with the reservation department.

Qualifications & skills:

• Minimum experience of 2 years in the Front Office department in a 4* or 5* hotel
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
• Computer literacy & knowledge of Hotel PMS (knowledge of Fidelio will be considered as an asset.)
• Fluency in Greek & English, extra languages would be considered a plus.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
• Teamwork spirit
