E-Commerce Manager

Own our online sales. Move fast. Grow with us. TPL is a fast-scaling e-commerce company selling across 125+ countries. We're looking for an ambitious eCommerce Manager who wants real ownership, not a job, a launchpad.

What you'll do:

• Run and grow our eShop + marketplace channels (Amazon, eBay, Skroutz & more)
• Own product listings, pricing, and content across every channel
• Drive paid performance: Google Ads, Meta, Performance Max, marketplace ads
• Live by the numbers: ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions
• Use AI (Claude, ChatGPT) to work 10x faster on content, translations, and ad copy

• Hands-on experience with an eShop or marketplace
• Solid grip on Google/Meta Ads + the KPIs that matter
• Comfort using AI tools to move faster
• Good English, strong Excel/Sheets, sharp attention to detail
• Bonus: HTML basics, Performance Max, Amazon/TikTok Ads, ERP/Entersoft

• Net salary up to €1,000 - 1,500 net
