Your main purpose
Mission: As an Ass. Housekeeping Manager, you will be the one to ensure that our customers live unforgettable privacy and comfort experiences by getting your people involved.
Management: Onboarding process for the new joiners. Train and guide your team under the company standards. Preparation of daily schedule and work shifts. Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments involved in the customer experience.
Supervision: Ensure that all cleaning procedures and methods are carried out in accordance with company standards. Checking and reporting for damage or deterioration in rooms and common areas. Supervision of cleaning the rooms and common areas.
What will you bring?
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager, ideally in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Hotel Management and Tourism degree would be a plus.
