Technical & Project Manager

The TDM supports project engineers identify customer needs and problems, diagnose root causes, and design, develop and install technical solutions unique to Robovision’s mission. TDM can lead a team, communicate clearly and professionally with customers and across the company’s structure, travel to customers and installation sites, and work in a well-organized manner.

The TDM must:

• be the link between Project Engineers and Branch Manager
• report to the Branch Manager, on a weekly basis, about the status of ongoing projects
• coordinate with Tech Department Managers of other branches 
• be the link between the Tech Department and the Software Department
• communicate with customers as necessary
• conduct a weekly meeting (or more often, as necessary) with the branch’s project engineers
• review, revise, approve and sign off on all system solutions prepared by project engineers
• review system solutions hardware lists and labor data entry in PipeDrive 
• ensure adherence to the technical manual/procedures
• support Project Engineers through his technical knowledge
• supervise all projects to ensure that they are handled with the utmost safety and efficiency ,with the necessary technical expertise, according to the agreed timeline
• receive project requests from the Sales Department and distribute projects among Project Engineers according to  existing workload

• recognize success and recommend rewards to the Branch Manager
• train or identify training needs and report them to the Branch Manager
