On behalf of our client, a 5* Boutique Hotel Located in Chora Mykonos, we are recruiting a Reservations Agent for the upcoming season of 2024.
Οur partner is a prestigious 5-star Boutique Hotel with 33 Suites located in the enchanting destination of Mykonos, Greece, offering unparalleled luxury and personalized service. In addition to our exquisite hotel, we manage two exclusive villa properties, each boasting 9 opulent villas, providing guests with an exceptional and intimate experience. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team and contribute to the success of our high-end hospitality offerings.

- Maximum of 9 working hours per day (including 30min break)

The Role:- Handle all aspects of reservation inquiries, including availability, rates, and accommodation options for both the Boutique Hotel and Villa Properties
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to the hotel and villa booking policies
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide detailed information about the hotel amenities, villa features, and local attractions to assist guests in making informed decisions
- Collaborate with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
- Communicate special requests and preferences to relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction
- Proactively suggest additional services, amenities, and special promotions to enhance the guest's stay and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information in the hotel management system
- Address and resolve guest concerns and issues related to reservations promptly and professionally

- Proven experience as a Reservations Agent in a luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems (Hotelizer)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Knowledge of Mykonos and its attractions is a plus
