E-Commerce Assistant

At Ioakimidis Textiles, we are a leading wholesale supplier of fabrics for women’s apparel, combining a wide product range with strong digital and B2B sales operations.

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Assistant to join our team at our offices in Koropi.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has some basic professional experience and is comfortable working with computers, data and digital platforms. You don't need to know everything from day one — we are looking for someone with the right mindset, willingness to learn and the ability to take responsibility for their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the department’s digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the implementation and improvement of digital processes across the company.
• Perform accurate and detailed data entry, including maintaining and updating product information, prices, descriptions, images and other product data.
• Assist with the day-to-day management and development of our B2B e-commerce platform, ensuring that information and content remain accurate and up to date.
• Support website content updates, product presentations, social media content and scheduling, as well as email newsletters and other digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect, organize and verify information and ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support related to the department’s activities and the company’s ongoing digital transformation.
• Assist with the organization, follow-up and documentation of day-to-day processes and projects, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
• Support communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners or service providers when required.
• Contribute to the smooth, organized and effective operation of the department, identifying areas where processes can be improved or streamlined.
• Perform other administrative, organizational and operational tasks as required to support the company’s overall objectives.

• 1–3 years of previous work experience will be considered an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software and digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with product data
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, social media and digital marketing
• Professional attitude, good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• A proactive personality and willingness to learn, improve and take initiative
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek guidance

Previous experience with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, Canva, Photoshop or email marketing tools will be considered an advantage.
