MEP Construction Manager

Job Description:

As an experienced MEP Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing the mep works as part of the residential projects within Greece's largest urban regeneration initiative. Take on a pivotal role with the following key responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

Supervision of Construction Projects: Monitor and control MEP works of the project, monthly reports, oversee and control general contractor reports, coordinate fieldwork activities regarding MEP works.

Schedule Oversight: Aid the construction manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays, apply effective scheduling strategies to optimize project timelines.

Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards in all manufacturing phases, conduct daily inspections and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3-5 years of participating in Construction Management and Supervision of projects (residential, retail, etc.).
• Experience in budgets, claims, etc.
• Experience in monitoring time scheduling.
• Excellent knowledge of English (official language of the project).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, initiative-taking ability, time management, multitasking, flexibility, efficiency, and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have but not Necessary):

• KENAK and Fire Protection experience is considered a plus
