Reporting to Group's Sales & Marketing Director, the position is based on Athens and has a strong sales & marketing focus. His / her accountabilities include completing all sales & marketing tasks, ensuring profitability, and achieving all company’s KPI’s
Main accountabilities
Prepare and implement annual / monthly Sales & Marketing plan, based on group’s strategy, be 100% accountable for the execution of it.
Be accountable for KPI’s : Total revenues, number of visitors, average ticket price, Gift Shop revenues, Customer reviewsAchieve budgeted revenues and booking goals. Strongly promote brand to the market, according to sales plan and seasonality. Deploy and implement (online and offline) marketing campaigns / measure and report performance and ROI Oversee and manage Marketing Budget. Coordinate with local agencies Monitor all online platforms (Website, Social Media / OTA’s / Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Business Manager). Be accountable for Social Media management (content creation, calendar, interaction with fans / followers) Create and update sales & marketing collateral. Be accountable for Gift Shop range: pricing, profitability, promotion, monitoring of stock). Prepare monthly reports.
