As a Collections and Disputes Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer collections, communication with parents through various channels (calls, emails)
- Oversee the end-to-end debt collection process(statements, dunning process in line with group policy)
- New enrolments payments monitoring
- Client's accounts management and Education Tickets/Bank transfers/receipts
- Strong collaboration with the admissions team
- Oversee the invoicing process
- Provide support on revenue recognition matters
- Student contract management, renewals/reenrollments
