The Role
Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Territory
Manager based in Athens and with clients across specific areas
in Greece. Within our industry leading Institutional division, this
outside sales job offers
comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers
across the foodservice and hospitality industries.
After completing an initial training
program, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers. You
will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced
cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest
experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include:
- Grow sales within the existing territory of food
service and hospitality accounts by providing customers with regular and
emergency technical service, sales demonstrations and training on our chemical
products and solutions
- Manage prospect clients to secure new accounts as you build Ecolab’s brand in your market
- Learn customers’ ware-washing systems and devise
unique solutions as their expert on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes
and programs
- Apply your mechanical aptitude to install,
repair and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry and dispensing
equipment and systems; leveraging this service to strengthen the customer
relationship
- Ensure that your customers’ facilities are fully
operational, and teams are properly trained by demonstrating safe equipment use

Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree (technical / mechanical / engineering discipline desirable)
- 2-3 years of working experience in B2B commercial sales
- Industry related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality will be considered a plus
- Mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience)
- Result and costumer oriented
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- Excellent communication, networking skills, ability to “open doors”
- Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet Web applications etc.)
- Good level of English (verbal & writing)
- Availability to travel 25% - 50% of working hours
- Must have a valid driver's license
