As a Front Office Manager at Apeiron Blue Santorini, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel. You'll greet guests, handle seamless check-ins and check-outs, efficiently address all guest queries, and deliver prompt, professional service to ensure every guest's needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.

What You'll Do

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
  • Proficiently use Front Desk systems, including PMS, Web Hotelier, and various booking channels.
  • Efficiently register and check guests into their accommodations.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing a personalized welcome.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Accurately verify guests' payment methods.
  • Compute all guest billings and precisely post charges to guest rooms and house accounts.
  • Provide essential and accurate information in person, via phone, and through email.
  • Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports, or other reports as requested by management.
  • Flawlessly close guest accounts and process check-outs.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized Front Desk and Reception area.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of Front Office supplies.
  • Perform other clerical Receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous work experience as a Front Office Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, Concierge, or similar role, ideally within a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is essential.
  • Knowledge of any additional language will be considered a significant asset.
  • Proven experience with Hotel Program (PMS) software.
  • Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A strong teamwork spirit and a genuine customer service attitude.
