Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Chef A & B and Pastry Junior Sous - chef to join our team at Semeli Hotel, a 5-star hotel in Mykonos.
Responsibilities:
Chef A will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hot kitchen
Chef B will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cold kitchen
The Pastry Junior Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the pastry kitchen operates in a manner that meets quality standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the production of pastries, desserts and other sweet treats
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
- Comply with all food safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of culinary school.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- A passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
