We have a temporary position working for a well established company. This position is responsible for supporting the activity of local Supply Chain Department by managing the transportation of goods and being responsible for the inbound logistics.
As a Logistics SAP super user in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Administrate the purchase orders

Organize the PO transport

Report and register any issue regarding the POs into VITAL

Report to line manager in case of any issue linked with the transportation of goods

Stock reception administration (Navision + check with 3PL)

Support the Sales Department by ensuring communication on product availability

Key interface to sales and marketing

Participate on Inventories whenever the case
-
Set up and follow up Promotions (both internally and with the 3PL)

Report to line manager in case of any issue

Stock replenishment, whenever is the case
-
Stock management of promo tools
-
Check the correct and timely invoicing of the Vendors
