About the role
- Manage and process receipts, invoices, shipping and warehouse-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely system updates.
- Record and monitor transactions, receipts, stock movements and distributions in SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the Central Warehouse, 3PL provider and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow and distribution of products.
- Monitor warehouse and inventory records, identify discrepancies and follow up with the relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Support customs-related documentation and communication with Customs Authorities when required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Supply Chain & Logistics, including routing, ordering and warehouse stock management activities.
