Randstad is searching for a dynamic Technical Recruitment Consultant to join the specialized unit for engineering, logistics, supply chain and procurement roles who can seamlessly blend sales expertise in construction, renewable energy, manufacturing and logistics sectors. As a Technical Recruitment Consultant your key responsibilities will include:- conduct client visits to present the value of Randstad's services by creating long-lasting partnerships
- prepare and present business agreements to meet the recruitment needs of our clients, demonstrating our commitment to deliver on a timely and professional manner
- identify active technical job openings across multiple channels and reach out to potential clients
- participate actively in job requisition brief meetings with clients to identify the job requirements and the proper qualified technical candidate profile
- commence resume screenings, phone communications and online interviews with candidates.
- assess, evaluate and match top-tier candidates according to clients' needs facilitating successful placements
- collaborate closely with clients' HR and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and share final feedback in-between.
- cultivate strong relationships with clients, stay attuned to their evolving recruitment needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
