Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

• Planning, scheduling and performing all maintenance and support activities of the aircrafts
• Leading a team of maintenance technicians and supporting staff in ensuring the fleet is available to the customer
• Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with approved policies and procedures
• Assigning workload to Team Leads in accordance with approved procedures and standards
• Reviewing all plans submitted from planning department and providing guidance to Team Leaders
• Organizing, controlling and directing staff for the provision of aircraft maintenance activities
• Executing on-job-training and coordinating the personnel ensuring requirements for internal technical training of staff
• Being updated for enforces regulations, policies and procedures related to the activities being performed
• Preparing proper documentation of all aircraft's related activities
• Coordinating activities with other sections to achieve optimum efficiency with personnel, equipment, facilities and resources
• Allocating resources as necessary to meet scheduled and unscheduled commitments
• Liaising with maintenance test pilots on matters concerning flight tests
• Preparing correspondence and reports on technical matters
• Interpreting policies, regulations and directives by defining and processing local orders and instructions to accomplish objectives assigned
• Assigning aircraft maintenance technician and related personnel in accordance with requirements to achieve maximum productivity and cost control
• Monitoring all safety and security standards according to company's and country's regulations

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managerial positions in maintenance/engineering field
• Experience in Military or Business Jet types
• Thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance, repair procedures and replacement parts
• Broad knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures
• Ability to lead a team of technicians through more complex aircraft relevant tasks
• Be able to relocate in Kalamata (Greece) permanently
• EASA license holder is a must
