Host / Hostess

Alemagou Mykonos is looking for passionate, talented people with solid work ethic, high level of integrity, concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation to join our team for season 2026. We are looking for skilled and friendly hostess to join our team! This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide and promote an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and escort guests to their tables.
• Be always kind and pleasant with your team and guests.
• Always follow and adapt to the instructions of the company.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the numbering and layout of the tables.
• Ensure that all guest needs are fulfilled, solicit feedback, and strive for the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Be able to handle guest issues or complaints.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and follow all health and safety company regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a hostess in a 5-star Hotel or a high end service restaurant/beach.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English. Additional foreign languages will be considered as a plus.
• Be a great communicator who allures guests from all over the world.
• Ability to work under high pressure and deliver excellent results.
