Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description
• Communicate with customers, provide updates on their orders, and resolve any issues.
• Enter, update, and manage customer orders in the ERP system based on their needs and stock availability.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Prepare invoices, maintain electronic invoicing processes, and keep daily sales reports updated.
• Follow all company procedures and policies, handle customer complaints professionally, and report any service issues to management.
