Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
Position Summary: The Demi Chef de Partie will be responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the company’s standards and maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Chef de Partie or the Sous Chef in the daily schedule, cook all dishes according to recipes and menu specifications; follow instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for all working areas, equipment, waste disposal and storage

Follow at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Control food stock and assist in ordering food items and products required for the smooth operation of the department; support the control of food cost

Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

Complete daily checks of all mis-en-place to ensure freshness and quality standards

Carry out any other duties as required by management team
