SHORT COMPANY PROFILE 

AllinBlusive specializes in providing VIP private day cruises in several prominent locations such as Halkidiki, Mykonos, Corfu, and Mallorca, with plans to expand to additional destinations in Greece, Spain, and globally.

The bulk of our yacht fleet is specifically reserved for guests from luxury resorts in the region and is moored at elite marinas, all of which are privately owned.

In recent years, the company has garnered several awards, including being named the World's Leading Private Cruise Company for six consecutive years. Additionally, AllinBlusive has been recognized with the Travellers Choice Awards and the Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor, not to mention being the sole yacht company in the Mediterranean to be awarded the Blue Flag. We are also certified as a "Great Place to Work."

The team at AllinBlusive consists of seasoned professionals, both men and women, who hold a deep passion for their field of work. With an eye on expansion for the upcoming 2024 season and beyond, we are presently seeking yacht captains to augment our team. This position will be available in the next season, and since we are keen on investing in our personnel, a stable, long-term collaboration is a preferred arrangement.

Our yachts are not only privately owned but also meticulously maintained year-round by top-tier, authorized professionals, ensuring that your daily life onboard is smooth, safe, and dependable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Engage in Daily Activities: On yachts at the marina and onboard.
  • Conduct Cruises: Navigate daily cruises with customers; occasional multi-day cruises.
  • Assist the Captain: Provide support during cruises.
  • Undergo Training: Participate in provided training sessions.
  • Maintain Yachts: Ensure daily cleaning and tidying of yachts.
  • Manage FnB Inventory: Oversee food and beverage stocks.
  • Serve and Prepare Light Food: Manage serving and light food preparation (no cooking involved).
  • Be a Company Ambassador: Represent the company 24/7.
  • Adhere to Company Standards: Follow SOPs and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Captain: Work in tandem to provide exclusive cruise services.
  • Foster Team Spirit: Maintain a team-oriented mentality.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Sea Lover: A pronounced enthusiasm for the ocean and cruising.
  • Drama-Free: A tranquil and steady demeanour.

  • Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
  • Task Management: Aptitude for handling diverse tasks.
  • Presentable: Consistently maintain a clean and neat appearance.
  • Aspiring Hostess: Ambition to become the hostess of the World's Leading Private Cruise?
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and potentially in additional languages (e.g., German or Russian).
  • Legally Eligible to Work: Open to EU citizens, and non-EU citizens with a FULL-TIME work permit.
  • Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Yacht/Marina Experience: Prior experience in yacht and marina services is a plus, not a prerequisite.
  • Driving License: Possession of a driving license is beneficial.
  • Yachting License: A license for motor or sailing yachts—regardless of existing knowledge—is highly favored.
  • Seasonal Availability: Able to work from April to November, pandemic permitting.
  • Adaptive: Ability to be reassigned outside Halkidiki on short notice, if needed.
