An Electrical Engineer with proven work experience experience in Solar Industry, has just landed for one of the greatest european manufacturing companies in energy sector!

The Electrical Engineer will be preparing and reviewing technical designs and specifications of PV systems to ensure customer requirements in a professional manner. If you have proven work experience in positions of responsibilities then apply now for the PV Electrical Engineer!

As a PV Electrical Engineer your duties will include the following:

  • Reviewing solar system engineering designs, modeling and performance data, providing engineering support during the manufacturing and construction process
  • Engineering, design, and delivery of solar photovoltaic systems on time and on budget.
  • Working on developing and improving solar products
  • Directing and coordinating product development tests and activities: design, implement, maintain and improve electrical components for PV systems
  • Overseeing the development of structural and electrical designs for solar systems that meet all local requirements as well as customer defined requirements
  • Maintaining design requirements, knowledge of standards, design procedures, methods and processes, improve efficiency of project development and project selection process
  • Supporting the development of project financial performance projections during the commercial process and track financial performance of projects during execution.
  • Engage cross-functional teams

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

For the PV Electrical Engineer position you should ideally demonstrate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial PV system design
  • Knowledge of PVSyst and flash reports
  • Ability and willingness travel and work
  • Experience in providing technical support in energy-related projects with accountability for project performance and design
  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic system design and optimizing system components for energy production.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge, ability to fully CAD and produce electrical and mechanical drawings for projects
  • Technical knowledge of related engineering systems and applications, engineering calculations, construction methods and materials
  • Knowledge of repair, maintenance and installation techniques for electrical and photovoltaic equipment,
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and support multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
