Would you like to sell vacation homes in Greece from a comfortable office with beautiful sea views and sunsets? Are you a native German speaker and live in Thessaloniki (or are you interested in moving to Greece)? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for a curious and communicative colleague who wants to grow professionally while helping our clients find their dream home in Greece.The position starts at mid-level in the sales team, with regular training and development opportunities. We put a lot of emphasis on service orientation, which means that you will have a lot of contact with clients - by phone, email and of course in person, in the office or during field appointments. You will also travel regularly to trade fairs, customer meetings and similar events. What are your tasks?- Handling and answering requests for information and other correspondence regarding real estate in Greece.
- Organizing and leading tours of the properties in our portfolio.
- Participate in trade fairs and other sales activities.
- Contacting homeowners and our partners throughout Greece.
- Negotiating property deals and handing over the sale to our legal team
- Writing copy for websites, brochures, newsletters, etc.
