ERP Support Officer (Ref: TH/ERPO022)

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

• Administer and support the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Provide first level support to the users
• Train personnel on system functions
• Create documentation, procedures, and guidelines for ERP systems users
• Assist ERP systems users with data changes, updates, and imports
• Create and maintain ERP System accounts and permissions
• Participate in individual or team projects, as needed, to expand support offerings

• University degree in Computer Science or relative field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Entersoft ERP
• Knowledge of best practices in information security
• Fluency in English
• General accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Knowledge of SQL Script
• Previous working experience in the leisure & hospitality industry and familiarity with related technologies would be a plus
• Great collaboration and communication skillsStrong analytical/creative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
