Job Description

• Prepare and submit monthly statutory returns (VAT, Listing, Intrastat, WHT, BoG return, etc.)
• Support myDATA-related requirements
• Perform quarterly and annual S2G reconciliations
• Prepare and post statutory journal entries (VAT clearance, VAT reverse charge, year-end entries)
• Support additional statutory/tax tasks (PO creation, payment preparation, certificates of residency)
• Provide documentation for internal and external auditor queries
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks within the Statutory & Tax team

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; postgraduate preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in a multinational company in Greece
• Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take initiative
• Proactive in challenging processes and implementing improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
