Senior Business Analyst

The Client
ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading Information Technology Services Company that works closely with works closely with European Institutions and their agencies, is seeking for a Senior Business Analyst for its premises in Athens, Greece.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, analyzing and evaluating detailed Business requirements for the projects he/she will be involved, by working in close liaison with customer stakeholders and other divisions.
Your main responsibilities include:

• To apply Business Process Modelling methodologies so that the processes may be analyzed and improved.
• To analyze business models to answer strategic business questions.
• To provide assistance in creating Vision documents to describe the overall view of product to be developed.
• To prepare, write & maintain functional requirements.
• To conduct risk analysis and propose solutions to business problems in relation to current and future business environments.

• University Degree in relevant studies.
• Mandatory 5+ years of experience in IT roles and specifically experience with business analysis tools modeling tools or project methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems matters, large organization administrative business processes and modelling tools.
• Experience with quality and security procedures, proving the ability to apply
• high-quality standards and provide service excellence.
• Analytical mind, but also able to synthesize, abstract and communicate the information at a level suitable for the target audience.
• Understanding of the Agile Software Development methodologies.
• Good team leading skills, team spirit and accountable for working in a multi-cultural and international environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
