DIRIGO is a fast-growing company operating in the boutique hospitality, financial, and events management sector. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our clients and guests.

We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, providing them with timely and professional assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling email correspondence promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients at all times, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assisting the Reservations and the Accounting Departments with various tasks, as needed.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong communication skills and telephone manners.
  • Proficiency in PC literacy, including MS Office applications.
  • Customer-friendly attitude with a strong focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable and dedicated work ethic, with the flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, as well as weekends, if required.
