Job Title: Front Office Agent

Location: Pierros Verde, Lithakia Zakynthos

Employment Type: Seasonal

We are now seeking a dedicated and welcoming Front Office Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact in delivering a warm and memorable experience to every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a seamless front-desk experience
  • Reservations: Manage bookings via phone, email, and OTA platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Information & Support: Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and activities with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordination: Communicate efficiently with all hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure operational harmony
  • Cash & Billing: Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records
  • Record Keeping: Maintain guest records, registration details, and reports with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar front-desk or hospitality role is preferred
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek or other languages is an asset
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PMS systems)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and a naturally warm demeanor
  • Professionalism: Presentable appearance and a calm, solution-oriented attitude, even under pressure
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Teamwork: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with other departments
