the spa guest experience in our Spa and maximize the spa sales.
Job Role: The Spa Receptionist plays a key
role in providing exceptional guest service to spa guests. Responsible for
managing the spa front desk, the receptionist facilitates smooth operations,
handles inquiries, schedules appointments, and ensures guests have a memorable
spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Greet and welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional
manner.
- Provide information about available spa services, treatments,
and packages.
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate services based on their
preferences and needs.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about spa
facilities and policies.
- Appointment
Scheduling:
- Schedule spa appointments efficiently, considering guest preferences and
therapist availability.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure a seamless scheduling
process.
- Confirm appointments and provide reminders to guests as needed.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for spa guests.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments for spa services.
- Maintain organized records of spa appointments and transactions.
Guest Relations:
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Seek feedback from guests to enhance the quality of services.
- Build positive relationships with repeat spa guests.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain an organized and tidy spa reception area.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies.
- Collaboration
with Spa Staff:
- Communicate effectively with spa therapists and other staff
members.
- Coordinate special requests or requirements from guests with spa
staff.
Promotions and Sales:
- Inform guests about current promotions, discounts, and spa
packages.
- Actively promote spa services and upsell additional treatments
when appropriate.
- Compliance
and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to spa policies and health & safety procedures.
- Stay updated on spa and wellness industry trends.
