Front Office Agent / Υπάλληλος Υποδοχής

Melian Boutique Hotel & Spa, located in Milos, is looking for a Front Office Agent for the upcoming season 2023.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure a polite and warm welcome to guests and assign rooms
• Manage all related operations (check in/ out, payments and verification of credit cards, register guests in hotel’s PMS, answer and redirect incoming calls and e-mails)
• Ensure excellent response to all guest requests/ complaints
• Making arrangements for transportation, tours, yachting and other activities
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene

Position Requirements:

• Work experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Greek & English language
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
• Teamwork spirit
