Regulatory Affairs Officer (Permanent Job In Part-Time Basis)

Job Description

• Maintains database with information on registration status of product portfolio.
• Studying scientific and legal documents
• Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency
• Assist in forwarding regulatory submissions to the relevant authority for registrations and license renewal.
• Planning, undertaking and overseeing product trials and regulatory inspections
• Analysing complicated information, including trial data
• Offering advice about company policies, practices and systems
• Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
• Writing comprehensive user-friendly, clear product information leaflets and labels
• Ensuring that quality standards are met and submissions meet strict deadlines

Candidate Profile
• Degree in Health Science would be an asset
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a compliance and regulatory environment
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience in dealing with regulatory and government authorities
• Excellent computer skills which includes working on electronic databases and good knowledge of MS office applications.
