Unique 5* Luxury Resort in Greece is seeking for a Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager will have to oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations within budget and according to company’s standards. All Food & Beverage departments shall be operated in an efficient way with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction. The F&B Manager will have to report directly to the Hotel Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle operational problems, be always present in departments during operational hours and lead F&B teams
• Monitor costs and recommend measures to control them when needed
• Motivate and mentor all F&B employees to ensure quality service is received by all guests at all times
• Assist in recruitment and in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs and perform appraisals
• Participate in menu design preparations, food tasting, costing and implementation of menus and wine lists
• Preserve excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
• Supervise that health and safety standards are met and that all employees work in a safe environment and have knowledge of recent health and safety regulations
• Prepare reports for management information and improve the profitability of all F&B outlets
