Endless is seeking a Financial Controller, a high-level financial
professional, responsible for overseeing our company's reporting, forecasting,
and compliance with local regulations.
He/she will work very closely with the finance team, provide financial
insights for strategic decision-making, and ensure the accuracy and integrity
of financial operations in this specific area.
This role is senior and will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer
(CFO).
Key responsibilities & Tasks:
- Oversight: Foresees the
Company’s Business Plans and Budgets overseeing their efficient implementation
by analyzing financial information, market trends and competition, ensuring
Company’s operations are within approved limits, and if not, to propose
mitigating actions for negative deviations.
- Financial reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets to enable
efficient cross organization alignment following the annual plan.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Support the development of annual and
multi-year business plans and forecasts, perform financial performance reviews
and monitor and report on KPIs to track progress against business goals.
- Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to internal policies, external accounting
standards, and tax regulations.
- Strategic support: Provide financial guidance and analysis to management to support effective
decision-making, identify and evaluate financial growth opportunities.
- Internal controls: Monitor and control financial processes to ensure accuracy and prevent
fraud.
- Stakeholder management: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and
consultants.
