Job Description
We are seeking a Fixed Services Delivery Technician to join the Technology Enterprise Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the activation of converged telephony and internet services for business customers. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, interact with field technicians, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer infrastructure and confirm that the correct technical solution is offered.
- Coordinate all required internal activities for the activation of converged services at customer premises.
- Perform onboarding calls and health checks to ensure full use of product capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the activation phase before handover to support teams.
- Organize and coordinate field technician visits for site surveys, CPE installation, and line measurements.
- Collaborate with virtual teams, suppliers, contractors, and integrators, supporting corporate customers.
Requirments
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computing or a related technical field (College/TEI/University).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or administration of technology services.
- Very good knowledge of fixed network topology and broadband technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good command of Greek and English (verbal and written).
