Front Office Agent
The Role:
The Front Office Agent at Domes Resorts plays a key role in providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception desk. This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all guests experience a pleasant and memorable stay.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first impression in line with Domes Resorts’ hospitality standards.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures while delivering exceptional guest service.
- Provide information about resort services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage guest requests and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and updates according to availability and guest preferences.
- Promote resort facilities and upsell room upgrades or additional services when appropriate.
- Process billing, payments, and guest transactions accurately.
- Maintain guest records in the property management system (Opera) and ensure all information is up to date.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to high guest satisfaction by delivering attentive, personalized service.
