Job Description

Responsible in the establishment of a meeting and conference sales administration, client history and tracing system within the Sales Department

Establish strategic sale action plan for the development of MICE segment

Conduct regular sales activities to professional conference organizers, corporate meeting planners, exhibition organizers and relevant associations

Conduct hotel inspections and entertain existing or prospective meeting and conference influencer, decision makers and end users

Coordinate closely with catering service team and provide detailed information to departments concerned in order to ensure effective service to be delivered

To ensure maximum yield management for catering space for meeting groups and develop a strong repeat business base and constantly source for new business

Attend and participate in sales and business development meetings

Implement and review conference and meeting rates for both meeting facilities and rooms

Feedback on relevant trends, competitor pricing, creative concepts and any other information that will contribute toward the achievement of departmental financial and hotel goals
