As a Country Hospitality Lead, you will be in charge of the following daily activities:
- Provide leadership to guide the hospitality department and teams across all departments
- Oversee all operations, including hotels, villas, restaurants, and other hospitality services
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Implement inventory control and identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and leverage inventory control to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives
- Lead regional expansion efforts through diverse strategies such as acquisitions, partnerships, and property openings, while executing aligned hospitality strategies per company goals
- Assess market opportunities and conduct feasibility studies for expansion projects
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to direct reports
- Implement sustainable practices aligned with industry standards and ensure consistent quality and service across all properties and regions
- Implement quality control measures and maintain favorable online reviews.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Communicate performance, challenges, and opportunities effectively
