Your main purpose
- Mission: As a Bar Supervisor, you will design tailored Beverage experiences for our customers by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service
- Tailored Service: Deliver superior service and maximize guests’ satisfaction. Organize the schedule and supervise the shifts ensuring that the bar is adequately staffed. Train employees to provide excellent service
- Supervision: Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar employees, and that they adhere to systems and procedures as outlined by the company's standards
What will you bring?
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything
- Relevant experience as a Bar Supervisor within a bar/restaurant, ideally within a hotel environment
- Fluency in English. A good command of another language would be a plus
- Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus
