The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Ensure clear communication and understanding between the project team and Russian shareholders throughout the project
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government agencies and regional design companies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and secure necessary permits and approvals
- Collaborate with technical experts to select and order equipment that aligns with project requirements
- Ensure installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards
- Address any issues promptly to maintain project timelines
The Project Manager needs to have the below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory; great oral and written skills
- Greek native speaker
- Fluency in English; both oral and written
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in maritime operations or port facilities
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitting processes in the maritime industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
