As a Maintenance Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment by continuously monitoring and adjusting production lines in accordance with company specifications.
• Scheduling and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance (troubleshooting and repairs) on all mechanical components of the electromechanical (E/M) facilities.
• Diligently tracking and faithfully implementing the facility's periodic maintenance schedule.
• Handling, diagnosing, and promptly resolving technical issues within compressed air systems and water distribution networks (including pumping stations and leak repairs).
• Implementing technical and corrective interventions in strict alignment with internal company policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all mechanical works are fully executed in compliance with Health and Safety (H&S) standards and regulations, prioritizing your safety and that of the team.
• Actively contributing to production development by proposing improvements and modernization strategies for the mechanical installations.
• Providing timely updates on technical issues to prevent malfunctions and avoid delays in the production schedule.

To qualify for the Maintenance Engineer role, you should have:

• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (TEI / EPAL / IEK).
• A valid professional license for Maintenance/Installation Engineering (per P.D. 115/2012) or an equivalent Certificate.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in maintaining mechanical equipment and facilities.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and a very good command of English.
• Availability to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Exceptional organizational skills, accountability, and strong team leadership abilities.
