For our client, a leading Irish food, and convenience retailer in Co. Cork, Ireland, we are looking for Food Preparation Workers.
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role, including (convenience/grocery) stores, as well as fast foods, canteens, etc.
- Excellent customer service, good communication, and organizational skills
- Complying with the food and safety standards
- Good level of English is required
About the job:
- Permanent, full-time position
- If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that, you would be paying €400 (+ utilities) per month for a private room in the nearby area
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Food preparation worker role will be approximately €1,930 net per month (€26,415 gross; before tax, per year) for 40 hours per week/5 working days
- You will be paid weekly on an hourly basis (approx. 445 € net per week)
- Your duties will be: responsible for preparing, packaging, and serving deli products to customers, weighing and portioning food items, maintaining high standards of hygiene, greeting customers and keeping them happy, and taking orders.
