Flight Security Officer

ICTS Hellas is actively seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Flight Security Officer to join our team, working in an international setting, on behalf of a pioneering client that places security as one of its top priorities.

The Flight Security Officer will be responsible for the safety and security of the airline’s passengers, aircraft, and baggage within the Athens International Airport.

Occasional travels both domestically and internationally, are considered part of the job responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken)
• Driving license and High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
• Military obligations fulfilled
• Ability and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to handle pressure and a high workload
• Experience in aviation security and especially with high-risk flights is an advantage
• Security license is considered as a plus (not obligatory)
  

Required competences:

• Hands-on, exceptional security awareness
• Service oriented (dealing with passengers)
• Team player
• Able to operate independently
• Able to interact with people from different cultures
• Disciplined, Adaptive, Enthusiastic, Go-getter, Interested in aviation (security).

Additional information:

• Assessment test in English is part of the recruitment process
• Occasionally the interviews would be conducted in English
