- We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Resort Guest Experience Manager to lead, design and continuously elevate the overall guest journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the essence of authentic Greek hospitality and the Sentido brand philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Guest Relations team in close cooperation with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Management
- Personally welcome VIP guests and manage sensitive or high-profile guest situations
- Ensure consistent service standards and seamless guest experience across all resort areas
- Actively promote resort restaurants, themed dinners, activities and premium services
- Drive upselling initiatives (room upgrades, spa, late check-out, private dining, experiences)
- Monitor and manage online reputation via TrustYou, GEX, Exclusivi, TripAdvisor and Google
- Design and deliver personalized guest communications (VIPs, repeaters, direct bookings)
- Train and coach staff on service excellence, complaint handling and guest engagement
- Track guest satisfaction KPIs (TrustYou Score, NPS, Repeater Rate) and propose
