recruit for the upcoming opening in Piraeus a professional for the position of:
Front Office/Guest Experience Agent

Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina
Zeas, the new member of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, is situated in an iconic
location on the seafront, overlooking the cosmopolitan Marina Zeas. The
property will feature total 72 luxury serviced suites and residences - 28 of
which will offer direct views to the marina and sea. With a set of premium
amenities such as on-site gym, meeting space and digital-first experience,
Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas meets the needs of each travel purpose -
business or leisure.
Key Responsibilities
- Review next day’s arrivals and make sure payment has been
collected, any special requests regarding room amenities/preferences have been
noted
- Review that all guests have completed mandatory On-line
check-in. Note arrival and departure times and cooperate with reservations and
HSK for allocation
- Greet guests as soon as they arrive/depart the property
- Assist guests with check-in in case the online check-in
has not been completed
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Handle guests’ requests and provide recreational/dining recommendations
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Supports reservations out of working hours of the department
- In case of complaint follow the standard procedure as has
been provided in training and inform Management; key attributes are listening
with empathy and stay calm

Keeps a safe and clean front
desk area by complying with property procedures and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent role in a 4* or 5* city hotel
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of hotel management system (preferably OPERA)
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work as part of a team, contributing positively to the working environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details; strategic thinker
