Where you’ll work
The role of the telephone operator is of high importance and together with the rest of their team, are responsible for organizing guest’s dinner plans and the smooth operation of the F&B outlets in the Resort.

What you’ll do
Youwill handle phone calls and mails with importance to provide accurate information, professional and customer focused response to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience. In brief:

• Always greet the guests upon calling with their name to emphasize on personalized service.
• Have an excellent knowledge of the resort, facilities, daily events, activities, food & beverage functions and more
• Assist guests with their dinner plans in such a way to exceed their expectations
• Response to mail requests on time according to the company standards
• Handle every request in a polite and courteous manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guest feedback

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What you need to bring
• Enthusiasm, openness and a self-motivated personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a continuously growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
• Relevant telephone operator experience would be considered an asset
• Multitasking and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English (verbal). A second and third language would be highly appreciated
• Knowledge of Hospitality Software (Opera, Fidelio, Protel, Ermisetc) would be also appreciated
• Flexible schedule required
