The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s customer database, as well as creating and managing lists to support the call center. The candidate will work closely with the call center team and the entire Marketing department to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and update the customers database
- Create and manage customer lists for marketing campaigns and communications
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide support to the call center team
- Analyze data and produce reports to improve processes
- Collaborate with the call center team to understand their needs
- Support the organization by promoting traditional and/or digital campaigns
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
