Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
• Create and execute innovative and high-quality menus that meet the expectations of discerning guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise kitchen operations for efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and introduce new concepts to enhance our dining offerings.

Requirements:

• EU nationals only.
• Experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef in a 5-star property.
• Solid culinary background with a focus on quality and creativity.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A stable employment history, demonstrating dedication and loyalty.
