and we are seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Manager to join our
exceptional team, ensuring that every guest’s needs are met with personal,
impeccable service throughout their stay.
Position: Guest Relations Manager
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract
Location: Corfu, Greece
As the Guest Relations Manager, you will play
a key role in ensuring that every guest at our resort receives exceptional and
personalized service. You will manage and oversee all guest relations
operations, working closely with various departments to ensure that our guests'
needs are met before, during, and after their stay. You will be the face of the
resort, responsible for creating memorable experiences and building lasting
relationships with our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the guest relations team,
fostering a culture of excellence and service
- Ensure team members complete required
training programs to maintain high standards of hospitality and service
- Act as the main point of contact for guests,
addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless stay
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and
special requests with professionalism and care, ensuring that any issues are
resolved promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to
anticipate guest needs and ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the guest experience from check-in to
check-out, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations
- Provide personalized services for guests,
including special occasion arrangements, room preferences, and custom requests
- Maintain guest history records and ensure all
information is up-to-date for future visits
- Ensure the team upholds the highest standards
of hospitality and attention to detail
- Motivate and lead the team to participate in
various sustainability initiatives and projects that align with the resort’s
environmental goals
- Participate in daily operation meetings to
ensure alignment across departments and continuously improve the guest
experience

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a guest services
management role, at a luxury resort or hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English;
knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
- Strong organizational and multitasking
skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks at once
- A professional, polished appearance and
demeanor in line with 5-star standards
