Barista / Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Create and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and drink orders from guests and deliver them with exceptional customer service
- Assist with the set-up and tear-down of the bar-restaurant area, including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Provide recommendations and information to guests about menu items, including wine and cocktail pairings
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Bartender/ Barista in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology & coffee-making techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their ingredients
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent command of English language
- Knowledge of POS, preferably (PYLON PMS) & MS OFFICE
