Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Greek luxury hospitality group. Located at a stunning resort property in Attica, this role is designed for a detail-oriented leader dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences through operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations, implementing top-tier luxury standards and procedures across all guest rooms, public spaces, and resort facilities.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Train, guide, and empower the housekeeping team to foster a supportive, high-performance culture focused on exceptional service delivery.
• Resource & Staffing Optimization: Develop efficient work schedules aligned with resort occupancy to ensure ideal staffing levels and optimal operational flow.
• Interdepartmental Synergy: Build strong working relationships with Front Office, Engineering, and Management to guarantee seamless cross-departmental communication.
• Inventory Control: Monitor, control, and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and luxury linens to ensure continuous availability.
• Quality & Asset Management: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all equipment, machinery, and room appliances remain in flawless working order.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Housekeeping Management role within a luxury hospitality environment (5-star hotel or resort).
• Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams while maintaining high operational standards under pressure.
• Attention to Detail: Deep technical understanding of luxury housekeeping and commercial laundry operations with a strong quality-first mindset.
• Communication & Resilience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with guests and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (PMS).
